Nina Spoelker is a Knowledge Management Consultant with a background in project management and team leadership. She works with clients in the government and private sectors to elicit their business needs, develop targeted strategies, and implement scalable, tailor-made solutions for hybrid environments. She is a certified Knowledge Management Specialist with in-depth experience in KM and AI strategy, content management and governance, change management, and large-scale KM implementation. Nina excels in developing practical and actionable strategy, working closely with stakeholders to define their KM vision and design and implement task-based plans to achieve it.

Most recently, she has overseen a document management and governance initiative with an international nonprofit organization, the development of a targeted learning plan through skills evaluations with a global bank, and a content deduplication dashboard implementation with a large energy company.
