Eyal Cahana leads Deloitte’s Knowledge Capital™ Practice. In this role, he assists clients with challenges around their most valuable asset - knowledge. By defining and implementing end-to-end Knowledge Management (KM) programs from strategy to technology, he helps them capture the knowledge and experience accumulated in the organization and make it available and actionable for reuse and learning in the flow of work.

During his career, Eyal has performed several roles that have granted him diverse KM expertise: a user of KM as an agent in a contact center and an enterprise KM team lead in industry, a project and product manager at a KM technology vendor, and now at Deloitte, leading large-scale KM program implementation projects for large global organizations. This variety of roles allowed Eyal to experience the area of KM from different angles and bring a unique 360-degree point of view to our clients and team.

Eyal has over 17 years of KM specific experience working with organizations across industries, specializing in KM strategy design, delivery, and execution, including KM Governance, Processes, Knowledge Architecture, Technology and Change Management.
