Tamara Viles has 20+ years of experience in KM, communications, change management and engagement. She is a Knowledge Management Program Manager at TechnipFMC where she manages large-scale engagement and change management projects, the company's ideation software and the project to develop and enhance the company's KM platform. She has an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Journalism.  Previous speaking engagements include sessions at the APQC KM and Process Conferences, KMWorld, Industry Fellows Forum, ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement, Taxonomy Boot Camp, and the ASQ Services Quality Conference.
